1- Nun's Valley Tour : A great possibility to walk (facultative)down in the ancient root footpath to the village ( only for those who would like to do it ), just like our ancesters did in the past!!!!Great views !!!
2-CALDEIRÃO VERDE WALK description: It is a wonderful stroll to the with an easy path along the Green Cauldron Levada, one of the most ancient levadas in Madeira, which goes back to the 16th century on its first primary and rudimentary systems where water is used into the channel bedding to find the decline grade and chip it out, every now and then and diverting it to restart the digging with stone ounces and pads!  Recommended: Shoes with good grip and profile or sports shoes with good grip at least, rain jacket, hut or cup, picnic and water. Departure from Caniço: 08:00 h Return: ~16:00 h           |
